All artworks, prints, and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item at any time without notice.

Each product is handmade or custom-made and may vary slightly from images shown. Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable). We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

We accept secure online payments through EFT & PayPal .

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship locally within South Africa and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Processing times:

Originals and prints: 3-10 business days depending on artist location
Custom or made-to-order items: up to 14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location. Tittybutt.Studio/Rose-Marie Burger is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assess and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including artworks, images, text, and branding—is the intellectual property of Rose-Marie Burger and Tittybutt.Studio. No part may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
